The Site
Since August we've taken Revival from a basic site to a full local search engine — dark, premium, and built to work across every market you're in. This is iteration two and it keeps getting better.

The Architecture
This isn't one website with five addresses at the bottom. Each market has its own hub with dedicated neighborhood pages covering the surrounding cities and service areas — all linked to a real Google Business Profile.
When someone in Meridian searches "window replacement near me," Google sees a dedicated Boise hub with a Meridian-specific page. That specificity is how you win local search. We built that for every market.

166 pages today → 1,800+ when fully built out
Right now we have 166 pages working. The next phase takes every service you offer and creates a dedicated page for it in every city you cover. So instead of just a "Boise" page, there's a "Window Replacement Boise" page, a "Vinyl Windows Meridian" page, a "Casement Windows Eagle" page — and so on across all 76 cities.
That's the scale of the opportunity. We'd roll it out in phases — starting with the highest-demand services in the strongest markets and expanding from there. Every page is another net in the water, and every month Google trusts them more and ranks them higher. It compounds.

Keyword Growth — Ubersuggest

6 keywords when we started. 128 now. The growth accelerated around September when the location pages and neighborhood content started getting indexed. More pages, more keywords, more visibility — it feeds itself.
Active Users — Google Analytics

Steady climb from ~50 users/week to 200–300+ consistently. All organic — no paid ads driving this. The content and architecture are doing the work.
Domain Authority — Ubersuggest

Domain Authority more than doubled — 3 to 7. As this climbs, pages we've already built start ranking for more competitive terms automatically. The foundation keeps paying off.
What's Next
The foundation is solid — 166 pages across 5 markets, all growing. Here's what the next phase looks like.
The big one. We take every service and build a dedicated page for it in every city you cover. 22 services × 76 cities = 1,672 new pages. We'd roll it out in phases — highest-demand services in the strongest markets first, then expand. Each page captures a specific search query that homeowners are already typing.
Set up event tracking so we can measure the full funnel — visits, inquiries, qualified leads, closed deals. The traffic is growing. Let's see exactly how it's converting.
CRO pass on all pages. Tighter conversion paths, stronger CTAs, streamlined quote flow. The traffic is there — we make it easier for people to take the next step.
FAQ clusters answering real customer questions. Conversational content optimized for AI search — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini. This compounds on top of what we've already built.
SMS/email sequences for new inquiries. Reactivation campaigns for existing leads. CRM routing so nothing falls through the cracks. I've been building these systems for 10 years.
Once tracking is clean and the pipeline is defined, we layer in paid search to add volume — starting with the highest-intent keywords in the strongest markets.

Performance Upside
Let's figure this out together
As the traffic grows and leads start converting, there's an opportunity to add a performance-based component on top of the retainer. This could look like a per-lead fee, a percentage of closed revenue, or something else entirely.
I don't want to prescribe a structure here — I'd rather we figure out what makes sense once we have clean tracking and can see the full funnel. The retainer covers the work. This would be upside for both of us.
The retainer covers everything in scope above. No hourly surprises. I build it, optimize it, and keep it growing.
166 pages. 5 markets. 128 keywords. A site that gets stronger every month and a clear path to scale it. Whenever you're ready to dig in, I'm here.
